Terms of Use: memohoneycare.com and Your MemoHoney Order

Quick answer

Using memohoneycare.com means accepting this page. Buying MemoHoney is a separate deal with the brand and BuyGoods, made under their documents: one set, from GEX CORPORATION LLP, picks Barbados law and arbitration; another, carrying the Instituto Experience name, points to US law. Our prices are copies, and we give no medical advice.

What are you agreeing to by using memohoneycare.com?

These terms cover how you use memohoneycare.com, run by Memohoneycare, a U.S. stocking partner for MemoHoney. The site explains the label, reports what the brand's pages say and links to the brand's order page. By using it, you accept this page.

A purchase is a separate agreement. It is made on the brand's site and the checkout, under their documents, which appear when you pay. Nothing on this page changes them.

Who do you deal with at each step of a MemoHoney purchase?

Step by step, with the company involved and the document that sets the rules for that step.

What do the brand's legal pages say about law, disputes and refunds?

The brand has two sets of legal documents, and on the big questions they disagree.

The GEX CORPORATION LLP terms

  • They describe themselves as "owned and operated by GEX CORPORATION LLP", dated "Date Effective: August, 2021".
  • They choose "the laws of Barbados". A dispute goes to arbitration, binding on both sides, held in St. Michael, Barbados, and class actions are waived.
  • They allow a refund request within 60 days of delivery, ask for the bottles back even if empty and give 3 to 5 business days for the refund.

The Instituto Experience pages

  • Linked from the footer of mymemohoney.com and its FAQ. The terms were modified on July 2, 2026, name no operator or address, and say a purchase is protected by a 60-day returns policy.
  • The disclaimer relies on US law and a US court of competent jurisdiction, and gives one year to raise any claim.
  • The privacy page names no operator and shows no date. One terms page still mentions "JellyFil".

The refund rules differ again on the brand's FAQ page. Our MemoHoney refund policy page compares every version.

How much does the brand publish about itself?

Part of judging a seller's terms is knowing what it leaves out. Of twelve facts a buyer would want, here is what the label and brand pages cover.

Four checks before you accept the checkout terms

Answer for the checkout screen in front of you.

Before you pay

  1. Is a "Subscribe & Save" monthly box ticked?

  2. Does the page show blank prices or a product name other than MemoHoney?

  3. Do you take blood pressure, heart or diabetes medicine?

  4. Have you noted the order total, the date and the terms link?

Answer every question to see your result. Nothing is saved or sent.

Reading our price, bonus and refund notes

  • Each price is taken from the brand's own order page; if it has moved since our last look, the checkout wins.
  • Crossed-out prices use the brand's $179-a-bottle reference. We call them a reference price, not a saving.
  • Daily costs divide a pack's total by its days of supply, before any shipping charge.
  • Bonus e-books are as the brand lists them; one of the five is missing from its download page.
  • Where brand pages give different refund rules, we print all of them and cannot promise which one support will use.

Current packs are on our MemoHoney pricing page, and the 60-day window is explained on the guarantee page.

Is anything here medical advice?

No. We describe one label and what public health bodies say, written for adults as a group, not for you in particular. A supplement like MemoHoney cannot treat forgetfulness or any illness, and choices about your health belong with your doctor or pharmacist. More in our disclaimer.

Can you reuse our words and pictures?

Quote a sentence or two if you like, and link to the page you took it from. Lifting full pages, tables or the design requires our written consent. The product name, label and brand images belong to their owners.

Please do not harm the site or its readers, for example by scraping it hard enough to slow it down or by publishing our pages under another name.

Where does our responsibility stop?

At our own pages. If a fact here is wrong, Memohoneycare owns that mistake and will correct it once told. How the brand ships, charges or refunds, and what any linked site says, is outside our hands.

We offer the site in its current state, with no promise of nonstop uptime or perfect accuracy. Consumer rights that your local law protects stay fully in place.

When these terms change, and who to ask

A change to these terms changes the date on this page. Last checked October 13, 2026. Write to [email protected] about the terms, or ring +1 (302) 200-3480 about an order. How we handle what you send us is in our privacy policy.

Terms questions

Am I buying MemoHoney from Memohoneycare?

No. You choose a pack on the brand's order page and BuyGoods takes the payment. We publish information and help with orders that came through our buttons.

Which country's law covers a MemoHoney order?

It depends on the page. The GEX CORPORATION LLP terms name the laws of Barbados; the Instituto Experience disclaimer points to the United States. The brand does not explain the difference.

Can I join a class action over MemoHoney?

The GEX terms say buyers give up class actions and settle disputes by arbitration in Barbados. Whether that holds where you live is a question for a lawyer, not for this page.

Why doesn't my card statement say MemoHoney?

The BuyGoods checkout lists "BuyGoods" as its descriptor, and a scam tracker notes the name may not mention the product. Check the date and amount against your order email.

Is there a time limit for bringing a claim?

Yes, one year, according to the Instituto Experience disclaimer. The other brand documents we read set no limit.

Are the prices on this site guaranteed?

No. We copy them from the brand and look again whenever we update, but only the checkout screen shows what you will pay.

Can I put your answers on my own blog?

A line or two with a link to the source page is fine. For anything longer, ask us first in writing.

Are JellyFil or Eagle Labs connected to MemoHoney?

Those names appear in the brand's policy pages as leftovers from other products. No page explains a link, so we cannot say more.
