MemoHoney Refund Policy in Plain Words

Quick answer

Ask within 60 days of paying for MemoHoney: call +1 (302) 200-3480 or write [email protected] with your order ID. Wait for the terms and address by email, then post the bottles with tracking at your own cost and slip a note with your name, email and order ID into the box. Allow about three weeks for the refund to show on your statement.

Who this MemoHoney refund policy covers

This policy applies to MemoHoney orders that began with an order button on memohoneycare.com and were then paid through the brand's checkout. It tells you, in plain words, how to ask for your money back and what to expect.

Memohoneycare runs this site as a U.S. stocking partner for MemoHoney, from 230 Park Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10169. We do not make the capsules, and we do not take card payments ourselves; BuyGoods does, and refunds flow back the same way.

The brand's pages print several refund rules that clash. We list them side by side on the MemoHoney guarantee page. For your own order, the written answer from the desk wins.

The policy at a glance

Six parts make up the whole policy. Tap each one for the detail; the sections below explain the address, the box and the timing.

What decides

Written terms

Where brand pages disagree, the terms emailed to you for your own order win.

Where it goes

One address

Usually 767 Third Avenue, Floor 4, New York, NY 10017, but only once the desk confirms it. Never post the same bottles twice.

Shipping back

Your postage

The buyer pays. Use tracking, and do not expect the original shipping or any customs fee back.

Timing

Money back

Credit is issued once the parcel is checked, then your bank adds its own posting time.

Our New York returns address vs the brand's addresses

Our desk takes returns at 767 Third Avenue, Floor 4, New York, NY 10017, once it has confirmed that address for your order by email. Brand pages name other places, and the bottle label carries yet another, so copy the address from the desk's email only.

Sending bottles to the wrong place can stall a refund for weeks, and a parcel cannot be in two places. If two sources give you two addresses, stop and ask before posting.

Read the bottle label before you post anything

The label holds three details that matter for a return. Tap the numbers on the picture.

The full MemoHoney bottle label: directions, caution, distributor and Supplement Facts
  1. Distributor block. INSTITUTO EXPERIENCE, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404. A mailing address for the distributor, not where returns go.
  2. Safety seal warning. Do not use a bottle whose seal is damaged or missing. Photograph it and tell the desk; it is a delivery problem, not a normal return.
  3. 30 capsules. Count what is left in each bottle you send. The desk may ask whether bottles are sealed, opened or empty.
  4. Supplement Facts. No honey is listed. If the name led you to expect honey, say so in your request; it is a fair reason to ask within 60 days.

What to put in the box

Pack only what the desk listed, and make the parcel easy to match to your order. A box with no name inside is the slowest kind to process.

  • The bottles named by the desk, in the state it asked for: sealed, opened or empty.
  • A note giving the buyer's full name, email address and order ID.
  • Your packing slip, if it survived the unboxing.
  • A printed copy of the desk's email with your terms (handy, not required).

Leave out anything that is not part of the order, and do not send cash or card details. E-books are digital and nothing needs returning for them.

How long a MemoHoney refund takes

Allow about three weeks from the day the parcel is received. Once it is checked, the credit is issued within roughly 3 to 5 business days, and banks can take 5 to 10 business days more to show it.

Brand pages give the same kind of range, from 3 to 5 business days in one set of terms to 5 to 10 in the FAQ. If nothing has shown up after three weeks, write to [email protected], quoting the order ID and the tracking number of your return.

Under the brand's FAQ rules you will not see the first shipping fee again ($9.99 on one 2-bottle order page), nor any customs charge. Transit times are explained on our shipping page.

Before you send it: a ready check

Four questions catch the most common mistakes. Answer them before the parcel leaves your hands.

Return ready check

  1. Are you past day 60 since you paid?

  2. Is the return address from anywhere other than the desk's email?

  3. Is the parcel going without tracking?

  4. Did you buy an extra offer or tick a monthly box that you also want refunded?

Answer every question to see your result. Nothing is saved or sent.

Changes, extra charges and what we cannot promise

Extra offers bought after checkout, including one for Florazen, a different product, are separate orders. Ask about each by its own ID. A ticked monthly box should be stopped before you ask for money back.

We pass on and follow every request, but the payment partner issues the money. If what you are told does not match this page, write to [email protected] so we can fix the page or chase the request. This version is dated October 13, 2026; other ways to reach us are on the contact page.

MemoHoney refund policy questions

Who pays to send MemoHoney back?

You do. Return postage is the buyer's cost under this policy and under every brand page that mentions it, so pick a tracked service and keep the receipt.

Can I return MemoHoney to the Ogden, Utah address on the bottle?

Not unless the desk tells you to in writing. The label's Ogden PO box is the distributor's mailing address, and a brand returns page gives the same box number with a different ZIP code.

Do I need the packing slip to return MemoHoney?

Send it if you still have it; one brand returns page asks for it. If it is lost, a note with your name, email and order ID does the same job.

Can I send my refund request to [email protected]?

That inbox answers questions about this website and cannot open orders. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or write [email protected] instead, so the request reaches someone who can act on it.

How does the MemoHoney refund reach me?

Back through the checkout that took your payment, BuyGoods, to the card or account you paid with.

I am past day 60. Can I still get a refund?

Every brand page closes the window at 60 days, so we cannot promise one. You may still call and ask, but plan your request well before the deadline next time.

Will opening one bottle cancel my MemoHoney refund?

It depends on the terms for your order. One brand page refunds sealed bottles only, another takes every bottle back. The desk's written answer decides.

Can a family member post the return for me?

Yes. Anyone can mail the parcel, as long as the note inside carries the buyer's name and the order ID. The money still goes back to the payment used for the order.
