How Memohoneycare Handles Your Privacy
Quick answer
Browsing memohoneycare.com costs you no personal data: there are no accounts, no analytics tags and no cookies from our own code. We hold only messages and order details you choose to share with us. Payment cards are entered at BuyGoods, not here. Ask [email protected] for a copy or for deletion.
What is the short version of this privacy policy?
Memohoneycare, 230 Park Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10169, runs memohoneycare.com and its order desk. You can read every page without telling us who you are, and we only hold what you choose to send.
- No account, newsletter or sign-up anywhere on the site.
- No card field: payment happens on the BuyGoods checkout, never here.
- No cookies, analytics or ad tags in our page code.
- No sale or rental of reader details, to anyone.
- A copy or deletion of what we hold, on request by email.
Where can your details travel when you read this site or buy MemoHoney?
Seven stops, from reading a page to the screens after payment. Only the first three are ours; the rest belong to the brand side and its checkout. Choose a stop to see what passes through it.

Nothing collected by our code
Reading a page
The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives the basic details any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type.
Website inbox
Gets whatever you choose to write: your address, perhaps a name, and the message. Used to answer you or correct a page.
+1 (302) 200-3480 and [email protected]
Order desk
Hears or reads the order details you give it, such as an order ID, so it can find the order and explain the refund steps.
A one-step redirect
Order button
Our /order/ page forwards you straight to mymemohoney.com. We record nothing about the click.

Brand pages
The brand's own site and its linked privacy page, which carries the Instituto Experience name and gives no operator, address or date.
BuyGoods
Checkout
Your name, address and card are typed here, under BuyGoods rules. Its help line is (866) 838-5063.
Offer and thank-you pages
After payment
Further offers and a thank-you page can load from other domains in the brand's checkout flow, each with its own policy.
What do we keep, and for how long?
Very little, and only for a reason you would expect. The table lists everything we could hold about a reader.
| Record | What it contains | Why we keep it | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Messages to the website inbox | Your email address and what you wrote | To reply, and to log any correction it leads to | Only as long as those two jobs need |
| Order desk notes | Order ID, the request, the date of contact | To follow up a refund, a tracking query or a lot check | Until the request is settled and its record is no longer needed |
| Server logs kept by our host | Time, page requested, IP address, browser type | To keep the site running and safe | As set by the host; never used to profile anyone |
| Card numbers | Never received | Card details go only to the checkout | Not applicable |
We never build reader profiles, never match readers across other websites and never buy data about anyone.
What should you leave out of a message to us?
A quick check before you press send.
Before you send
Does your message include a full card number or the code on the back?
Does it include a password or a bank login?
Does it describe a diagnosis, test results or a list of your medicines?
Does it include your order ID and the email used at checkout?
Answer every question to see your result. Nothing is saved or sent.
Good to send. Order ID and checkout email are all the desk needs to find an order.
Consider trimming the health details. We only need order facts, and medical questions are best taken to your own doctor or pharmacist.
Please delete those details before sending. No one at our desk will ever ask for them, by email or phone.
How do you get a copy of your data, or have it deleted?
Write to [email protected] using the same email account you contacted us from, and say whether you want a copy, a correction or deletion. To stop impostors, we may reply asking you to confirm.
Payment and shipping records sit with the checkout and the brand side. For those, contact BuyGoods at (866) 838-5063 or the brand at [email protected]. All of the routes are listed on our contact page.
Does memohoneycare.com use cookies or tracking?
Our own code sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no social media pixels.
Two outside services touch a visit. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and our host keeps routine server logs. Once you press an order button and reach the brand's site, its own cookies and policies apply, which is one reason our where to buy page shows how to recognize the real order page.
Minors, security and policy updates
The site is written for adults, and under-18s are told by the MemoHoney label itself to check with a physician first. A parent who finds that a child wrote to us can ask us to erase the message.
Only the people who answer the inboxes can open them. Email is never fully secure, so send only what the task needs.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too. Last checked October 13, 2026. The rules for using the site sit in our terms and conditions; what our health pages cannot do for you is in the disclaimer.
Privacy questions
Is there Google Analytics or a Facebook pixel on this site?
No. Our page code carries no analytics, advertising or social tracking tags. The only outside request is for fonts from Google Fonts.
Where does my card number go when I order MemoHoney?
To the BuyGoods checkout that the brand's order page opens. No page on this site has a payment field.
Who sees my home address when MemoHoney ships?
The checkout and the brand side that sends the parcel. We see it only if you share it with the order desk to fix a delivery problem.
Why am I getting texts or emails offering more products after buying MemoHoney?
They come from the brand side, not from us; we send no marketing messages. Ask the brand at [email protected] to stop them, and keep a copy of your request.
Can I have my emails to you erased?
Yes. Write to [email protected] from the same address and ask. We delete the thread and confirm by reply.
Do you pass reader details to the MemoHoney brand?
Not for marketing, ever. When you ask the desk to act on an order, it uses the details you gave for that order and nothing more.
I mentioned my medicines in an email. Is that a problem?
It is used only to answer you, and we can delete it on request. In future, keep medical details for your doctor; we cannot advise on them.
Do you sell email addresses or phone numbers?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade any reader details, and there is no mailing list to join.
