A Day-by-Day Plan to Claim a MemoHoney Refund Inside the 60 Days

Quick answer

You have 60 days to ask for a MemoHoney refund. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID well before day 60, ask for your terms by email, then post the bottles with tracking, at your cost, to the address the desk confirms. The brand's pages disagree on opened bottles, a 20% fee and the start date.

When do the 60 days start?

On most brand pages, the day you pay. One set of terms, on an order-confirmation site used by one sales route, counts from delivery instead. A late parcel can therefore cost you days, because most pages do not stop the clock while the box is in the post.

Do not guess. Ask the order desk which date began your clock, and ask for the answer by email. Write the delivery date on the same note.

Key facts

  • Each pack gets a 60-day window to ask for a refund. All the brand pages we read agree on that number.
  • The start date differs: the purchase date on most pages, the delivery date in one set of terms.
  • Conditions differ: unconditional on the home page, sealed bottles only with a 20% restocking fee in one FAQ section, every bottle back even if empty on the returns pages.
  • Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use tracking.
  • After the parcel is checked, credit is issued within roughly 3 to 5 business days, and a card can take 5 to 10 more to show it. Allow about three weeks in all.
  • Call first: +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected], with the order ID.
  • Post only to the address the desk confirms in writing. This site's desk uses a New York address (767 Third Avenue, Floor 4), while brand pages print different ones.
  • On a $207 three-bottle order, a 20% fee would be $41.40.

What should you do on which day?

This calendar is our suggestion. It is not part of the brand's rules. It leaves two clear weeks for a reply and a parcel.

  1. Day 1

    Save the proof

Keep the order email, take a screenshot of the total and put the order ID on a card by the bottle.

  2. Day 10

    Set reminders

Put two alerts in your phone: day 35 to decide and day 45 as the last day to call.

  3. Day 30

    Bottle one ends

Thirty capsules at one a day last a month. Look over your notes.

  4. Day 35

    Decide

If you plan to ask for a refund, ask now whether opened bottles qualify and whether a fee applies.

  5. Day 45

    Last day to call

Call the desk and get the terms by email. That leaves two weeks.

  6. Day 60

    Window closes

Every brand page ends the window here.

What do the brand's pages say about conditions?

Five sources, five versions. They split on opened bottles, fees and the start date. The version that counts for you is the one the desk confirms for your order.

At the strict end, on a $207 three-bottle order a 20% fee comes to $41.40, and the first shipping charge is not refunded. At the generous end, every bottle goes back and no fee is mentioned.

What do you say on the first call?

Keep it short and ask for four things. Have the order ID, the date and the pack size in front of you.

  1. Which date began my 60 days, and what is the last day to ask?
  2. Do opened or empty bottles qualify, and will any fee be taken off?
  3. Which address should the bottles go to?
  4. How much will be refunded, and by when?

End with: please email me that in writing. Keep the reply with your order email. It is your proof of what you were promised.

Is the desk the right door? Our desk handles orders placed through our buttons. For another site, contact that seller first. Questions to [email protected] cannot reach orders.

What goes in the box, and who pays?

  • The bottles the desk listed, in the condition it asked for (sealed, opened or empty).
  • A short note with the buyer's name, email and order ID.
  • The packing slip, if it survived the unpacking.
  • A printed copy of the desk's email with your terms: handy, but not required.

You pay the postage. Pick a tracked service, and keep the receipt and the tracking number until you see the money return. Do not send cash or card details. The e-books are digital, so nothing needs returning for them. A family member can post the parcel for you, as long as the note carries the buyer's name and the order ID.

How long until the money is back?

Plan on about three weeks from the day the parcel arrives. After the parcel is checked, credit is issued within roughly 3 to 5 business days, and a card can take 5 to 10 more days to show it. One FAQ section says 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds go back through BuyGoods, to the card or account you paid with. If nothing has shown after three weeks, write to [email protected] with the order ID and the return tracking number. Extra offers and monthly boxes are separate orders. Stop any monthly box first, then ask about each order by its ID.

What if you are past day 60?

Each brand page ends the window at day 60, so no refund can be promised. You can still call and ask, but plan earlier next time. If the bottle arrived with a broken seal, say so at once. Treat that as a delivery fault rather than an ordinary return.

Frequently asked questions

What is the MemoHoney return policy?

Any pack can be the subject of a refund request within 60 days. Brand pages differ on opened bottles, a 20% restocking fee and the day the clock starts.

How do I return MemoHoney?

Phone the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 and quote your order ID. Get the terms by email, then post the bottles, tracked, to the address staff confirm.

Who pays for MemoHoney return postage?

You do. The buyer pays under every brand page that mentions it. Use tracking, and do not expect the first shipping charge back.

How long does a MemoHoney refund take?

Allow about three weeks. Credit follows the parcel check by 3 to 5 business days, and a card can take 5 to 10 days more to show it.

Is the MemoHoney 60 day guarantee unconditional?

Not as written elsewhere. One FAQ asks for at least 30 days of use and sealed bottles, and keeps 20%. Get your rule in writing.

Can I get a refund if MemoHoney did nothing for my memory?

Yes, as long as you ask inside 60 days. You need not prove anything, and since no study tested this formula, seeing no change is common.

Our view

A guarantee is only as good as the steps you can follow. This one is real, and it is also messy: one window, several sets of conditions. The way through is to ask early and to get the answer in writing.

The plan above costs nothing. A screenshot on day 1, two phone reminders, one call by day 45 and one email. It is dull, and it works for any product with a refund window.

And if the reason you want your money back is that nothing changed, that is a fair reason. It is also the most likely result with a small-dose capsule that has never been tested. If memory is worrying you, see a doctor in the meantime.
